Northeast Credit Union Welcomes John Olerio as New Vice President of Wealth Management

John OlerioNortheast Credit Union has hired and welcomes John Olerio to the team as Vice President of Wealth Management. In this newly created role, John will plan, organize, and manage Northeast Credit Union’s wealth management program, including retirement and investment services. John brings with him over 25 years in banking and financial services, with experience in wealth management, private banking, trust administration, financial planning, and investment management.  

“John’s executive leadership and knowledge of wealth management is a welcomed addition to Northeast Credit Union” says Kelly McGrath, Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. “His depth of experience in the financial industry will allow us to better serve new and existing members as we continue to shape the future of the credit union.” 

John adds, “I’m excited to join the team at Northeast Credit Union and help build out its wealth management offerings for members. Working at this purpose-driven credit union will allow me to help members and local communities thrive and that is something I am really excited to be a part of.”

John’s most recently worked at Webster Bank for over 20 years, where he most recently served as their Senior Vice President, Head of Webster Wealth. His experience in leading teams and servicing multiple branches across multiple states will be a great asset to Northeast as we look to serve our members who reside across various geographies.
