If you are experiencing issues logging in, please call us at 888-436-1847 (select option 6) or stop by your local branch.
If you have not previously logged in, please use the self-enrollment option to set up your user profile, which can be found by clicking "Enroll" under the Digital Banking login on necu.org. View our step-by-step guide for enrolling.
We have quite a few new features with the new Digital Banking platform. Here are some of them:

- Report fraud and dispute charges with just a few clicks
