Chris Parker

President & Chief Executive Officer

Chris is an accomplished executive with more than 27 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. His professional purpose is to awaken the possibilities with others through curiosity, collaboration, alignment, and partnerships that create profound impact. Prior to joining Northeast Credit Union in 2021, Chris worked for 14 years at Partners Federal Credit Union, part of The Walt Disney Company. Chris speaks regularly on behalf of the Credit Union industry. Chris is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He holds a BA in English from the University of South Florida and earned his MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School.

Ana Foret, CPA

Senior Vice President & Chief Risk Officer
Ana joined Northeast Credit Union in 2019. She provides leadership to support the credit union’s short- and long-term goals by overseeing the enterprise risk and compliance activities. Ana is responsible for enterprise risk management, vendor management, regulatory compliance, and external audit functions. She identifies, measures, and mitigates key risk exposures to achieve strategic initiatives within Board approved risk levels. Ana holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in NH.

Mike Gagnon

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Mike joined Northeast Credit Union in 2004 and is responsible for the IT, Operations, and Project Management functions. Mike has over 35 years’ experience bringing technical solutions to diverse industries including Defense, Health & Human Services, and Financial Services. Mike earned his B.S. in MIS from the University of Lowell, a Certified Chief Executive designation from CUES, and serves on the CCUA Legislative Action Committee as well as CUNA Technology and Operations Councils.

Susan Hannigan, CPA

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer
Susan joined Northeast Credit Union in January 2021. Susan is responsible for the oversight of Finance and Accounting. She provides organizational leadership and formulates corporate financial strategies and policies. Susan serves on the AICPA Deposit Institution Expert Panel, and on the boards of the Merrimack Valley Food Bank, and the Hanover Permanent Scholarship Fund. She is a graduate of Stonehill College with a B.S. in Business Administration. She is a member of the AICPA and Massachusetts Society of CPAs.

Kelly McGrath

Senior Vice President & Chief Lending Officer
Kelly joined Northeast Credit Union in 2018. She is responsible for all credit and lending functions, and the overall loan portfolio management. Kelly ensures that the strategic direction and execution of the lending business, aligns with Northeast’s commitment to fuel hope and opportunity for its members’ lifelong financial wellbeing. Kelly is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University in Saginaw, Michigan and holds a B.S. in Business Management, with a minor in Finance.

Andrea Pruna

Senior Vice President & Chief Retail Officer
Andrea joined Northeast Credit Union in 2011. She leads Retail and Digital Banking, Wealth Management, Marketing and the Contact Center. Andrea is dedicated to collaborating across business lines to help achieve growth and profitability by merging old traditions and processes, with new consumer preferences incorporating the advances in service delivery. Andrea holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University with an emphasis in Marketing and International Business, and a B.S. in Business Administration from EAFIT University in Medellin, Colombia.

Lee Schafer

Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer
Lee joined Northeast Credit Union in 2021 and is responsible for the Human Resources and Learning and Development functions. Lee’s strategic human resources leadership focuses on leadership development and succession management; talent acquisition and retention; compensation and benefits; employee engagement; employee programs and communications, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Lee earned his JD from Cornell Law School in Ithaca, New York and his BA, cum laude, in History/Political Science from Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
