If your card is ever missing or stolen, be sure to let us know as soon as you can. Just follow the steps below to keep your card, credit, and personal information protected.

What To Do If Your Card Is Lost or Stolen:

Report To Us

Call 888-436-1847 and select option #3
OR
Log into Digital Banking, go to Card Controls under Card Management in the menu. Select the card details and click Lost, stolen or fraud card.

Contact Each of
Your Financial Institutions

Contact all other financial institutions to report lost cards or checks.

Place a Freeze with Credit Agencies

Contact all 3 credit reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion to place a hold on your credit.
