Heading out of town? Be sure to give us a heads up.

Out of state, across the country, around the globe — wherever you’re headed, let us know as soon as you can. We’ll temporarily lift restrictions on your cards so they’re good to use anywhere.

Through Online Banking

1. Log into Online Banking.
2. Select "Services" from the navigation.
3. Scroll down under "Services", click "Continue" to the right of "Travel Notification" and follow prompts.

Call Our Member Services

Ring 1-888-436-1847 and a Member Experience Specialist will add a travel notice to your account.


Through Secure Message

1. Log into Online Banking.
2. Select "Message Center" at the top right.
3. Select "New", complete your message and click hit "Submit", and a team member will respond back with confirmation.

**Please note that it may take up to two business days to apply a travel notice on your card through Online Banking. We do this for your protection to ensure your cards are secure.
