Online Banking FAQs

Q. What browsers are compatible with Online Banking?

Online banking supports the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
  • FireFox
  • Safari 6.

Each time a new version is released, support will cease on the third-oldest, major version.  Beta versions of browsers are not supported.

Q. I  have Safari 5.1.4 or 5.1.5 and I am having issues navigating through Online Banking.

Unfortunately, online banking does not support these two versions of Safari. We recommend upgrading to Safari 6. If you do not wish to upgrade your browser, try selecting the refresh button on your browser toolbar after attempting to log in.

Q. What are some of the features of Online Banking?

These are just a few of the many features you will enjoy:

Clear, Intuitive Online Transaction Viewing

Online Banking allows you to customize your Online Banking home page the way you like it. You can set-up widgets to view all of your frequently-used Online Banking features each time you login or you can simply view your accounts listing page, whichever you prefer.

Self Service Alerts

These alerts will allow you to better manage your accounts through email, web or text notifications when certain conditions occur, such as:

    • Your balance has fallen below the amount you specified

    • Your balance is above the amount you specified

    • A direct deposit has been received

    • A certain check has cleared

    • A withdrawal has been made greater than the threshold you specified

    • Your account has become overdrawn

    • Overdraft protection has been activated

    • A loan payment is coming due

For additional security, you can also have Online Banking send you an email when someone either successfully or unsuccessfully logs into your account. When you sign up for Alerts, you have the opportunity to select which Account Alerts you would like to receive.

Member Summary Section

At the bottom of the accounts page is a member summary section which details how many deposit accounts you have, how many loans you have, and the total balances of each. This is a great way to get a complete picture of your assets with us.

Self Service Stop Payment Feature

Online banking allows you to place a stop payment on a check anytime—day or night—at your convenience.

Account Nicknames (Aliases)

If you manage several accounts or just want to make it easier for you to understand what each one does, you will have the ability to name them whatever you would like in order for you to gain a greater understanding of your individual accounts (for example: Vacation Fund or Rainy Day Fund).

Username and Password Reset

Can't remember your password? After setting up a password question and answer, you may change your password from the Online Banking login page. You may also change your username within Online Banking. 

Password and Challenge Questions

For your security, you will be asked to change your password and update your challenge questions at least once per year.

Secure Messaging

When you need to communicate with us securely, use the contact system in Online Banking to reach us. You will be alerted via email when you receive a response from the credit union.
