There are two ways to sign up for Online Banking:

1. Sign up through Online Banking:

  • Log into your Online Banking account
  • Click on the Options button
  • Click on Mobile Settings
  • Follow the prompts to register

2. Have a Member Services Representative enroll you by: 

  • Calling 888.436.1847
  • Or by stopping into any one of our branches

Quick Tips For Mobile Banking:

  • Text banking: Get your NECU account information via text message. 
    • Sign up for text banking through your Online Banking account 
    • Text your command to 89549
    • Text commands include: 
      • Bal=All Acct Bal 
      • Bal Acct Name=Single Acct Bal 
      • Hist=All Accts Recent Activity 
      • Hist Acct Name=Single Acct Activity 
      • Help=Commands 
      • Stop=Cancel
