For assistance accessing the Benefits Plus website.

Current Members
As a Benefits Plus member you will be required to have a username and password to access the Benefits Plus website.

  • Requesting a Password
    • Step 1: Visit the Benefits Plus website
    • Step 2: Click on the “Members Request Password” button. 
    • Step 3: Fill out the form with your information. Under the field "Name of Your Financial Institution", please type Northeast Credit Union
    • Step 4: Click “Submit” to request your password. The password will be immediately generated and sent back to the email address provided. Once you log in, the password can be changed to one of your choosing.
    • Exceptions:
      • Members who already have a username and password for the Identity Theft Protection & Security Center program will be able to use the same credentials for their secure website login. Before the password protection goes into effect, they will receive an email message informing them that their credentials for the website are the same. They will NOT have to request a new username and password.
      • Members who do not have an email address or who do not wish to share their email address will be prompted to call 800-428-6686. They will be issued a Username and Password.
