Branch Of The Future In Hooksett
Hooksett, N.H. –Northeast Credit Union (NECU) is pleased to announce that it has begun construction of a new, high-tech facility offering more digital services and technology for a richer more personal member experience. Located on Hooksett Road in Hooksett, New Hampshire (next to Rite Aid Pharmacy), this “Branch of the Future” is expected to open in the early part of 2019 and will service the Greater Manchester communities.
Timothy Collia, NECU President/CEO commented, “We are excited to be joining the Hooksett community and further expand our services in the Greater Manchester area. This new branch signifies our continued strong growth and reinforces our commitment to serving our members and the community.”
The Hooksett branch, which will replace NECU’s Wilson Street branch, joins the growing trend in banking toward technology automation and optimizing the member experience. Instead of traditional teller lines, the new facility will embrace pods in an open retail environment as well as Interactive Teller drive-through lanes. The branch’s function and experience is designed to allow staff to dive deeper into relationships with each member.
“This branch relocation will offer greater conveniences for our members all in a more contemporary and inviting space. We are creating a new experience that will allow us to serve them with a higher degree of care and expertise. We are always creating ways to deliver the latest in technology while maintaining the personal and friendly service are members appreciate,” explains Collia.
Laurie Beebe, Manchester Branch Manager having served NECU members for more than 32 years, will continue to oversee the management of the Hooksett branch. The branch is a full-service location with a self-service coin counter and will use the latest technology in transaction processing while emphasizing member service. This comfortable atmosphere also provides wireless internet and a coffee bar.
