Berlin & Gorham, NH - Northeast Credit Union is thrilled to announce the promotion of Jennifer Albert to Branch Manager of both the Berlin and Gorham branch locations. Previously the Assistant Branch Manager of Berlin and Gorham, she remains a warm and familiar face to the community. Albert will be responsible for overseeing member service, staff management, daily branch operations as well as spearheading local business development efforts.
“As a member-owned financial institution, it always gives me joy to promote from within our organization,” said Christin Bernier, Assistant Vice President of Retail Management “Jenn’s natural way of helping our members, along with friendly outgoing personality, made this promotion a very easy decision. Born and raised in Berlin, she is a familiar face to many in the Androscoggin Valley, her professional experience and local roots are a great benefit to our members and the community,” concluded Bernier.
Formerly with Woodlands Credit Union until it merged with Northeast Credit Union in 2013, Albert brings well-rounded experience to her new position. Over the past 10 years, she has worked in loan processing, as a Loan Officer, Member Service Representative, Lead Teller, and most recently served as the Assistant Branch Manager.
“I am extremely excited for the opportunity to focus on exceptional member experiences and bring awareness of our competitive products to the surrounding communities” states Albert. “The goal as a company is to have member service that is not just the best, but legendary.”
When she is not working Albert is active in her community, volunteering at financial literacy fairs for youth, at local events including the Androscoggin Valley Chamber Dinner, Berlin Farmers Market, the Jericho ATV Festival, River Fire, the Parade of Lights, 4th of July Parade and many more.
