We publish these fraud alerts to help keep you informed of potential suspicious and fraudulent activities. We encourage you to check this page often to help protect yourself from becoming the victim of fraud.

  • Fraudulent Texts - August 2, 2021:

    We’ve received reports of people receiving text messages from a sender posing as Northeast Credit Union. These text messages are not from Northeast Credit Union and include bogus information about accounts being blocked due to unusual activity and contain a link. DO NOT CLICK THE LINK.


    We recommend you block the sender and delete the text.

    Please remember that Northeast Credit Union would never request personal information by text or email or make unsolicited phone calls to ask for identifying information. For your safety and security, do not reply to any such requests.

Block a lost or stolen card using our Cardvalet® app or by calling 888-436-1847 and select option #3 or through Online Banking under ‘Services’, ‘Lost, Stolen Card’.

Northeast Credit Union will never call, email or send a text message and ask you for your account numbers, PIN or other personal information.
