Fraudulent Texts - August 2, 2021:
We’ve received reports of people receiving text messages from a sender posing as Northeast Credit Union. These text messages are not from Northeast Credit Union and include bogus information about accounts being blocked due to unusual activity and contain a link. DO NOT CLICK THE LINK.
WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
We recommend you block the sender and delete the text.
Please remember that Northeast Credit Union would never request personal information by text or email or make unsolicited phone calls to ask for identifying information. For your safety and security, do not reply to any such requests.

Your participation and immediately responding to our contact efforts is a crucial step in helping to prevent fraud from happening to you.

• Notify us if you will be traveling and using your Debit or Credit Card to avoid service interruptions
