How Can You Prepare For the Transition:

Verify Account Information Is Correct
Make sure the information on your account is current - home & mobile phone, email, address.

Prepare For New Mobile App
iPhone/iOS Users: We recommend you set up automated app updates for your Northeast CU Mobile app on your mobile device.
Android Users: On the day of transition, Android users will need to uninstall the current Northeast CU Mobile app and add the new one.

Determine Your Account Holder Type
You'll want to determine if you're the primary or joint account holder as this will be helpful information to have as we transition.
Frequently Asked Questions
Members will continue to access online banking from necu.org or via the NECU mobile banking app.
- Primary members will continue to use their online banking user IDs that they had previously set up.
- Joint members will use the self-enrollment page to create their online banking access.
We have quite a few new features with the new digital banking platform. Here are some of them:
- Credit Score Card
- Report fraud and dispute charges with just a few clicks
- Categorize transactions directly in your account
- Apply to skip a payment at anytime in the year
- Link your external accounts for full financial picture view
Unfortunately, a few features will be removed from the new platform.
- Business Members will no longer be able to view their business accounts via cross account access.
Unfortunately, any history, goals, budgets or categories that were set by members through myMoney will not transfer over to the new platform. We recommend you download and save this information before the transfer for your records.
Here is what you should do before we switch to the new digital banking platform:
- Ensure personal information is correct.
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number
- Email address
- Mailing address
- Phone number
- If you currently use myMoney, download any data you'd like to save.
If you are experiencing issues logging in, please call us at 888-436-1847 or stop by your local branch.
If you have not previously logged in, please use the self-enrollment option to set up your user profile, which can be found by clicking "Enroll" under the Digital Banking login on necu.org.

Internet Explorer will continue to not be supported.
Primary members should have a seamless experience with their bill pay payees and recurring payments transferring over. Bank to Bank transfer records will also transfer to the primary members access.
Joint members will need to recreate bill pay payees and bill pay payments. They would also need to enroll any accounts they wish to have Bank to Bank access. We also recommend that Joint Member discuss which Bill Payments are set up with the Primary account owner to avoid duplicated payments.
Mobile devices like iPhones & Androids. iPads and android tablets will also be supported.
