On July 6th Branch Lobbies Will Open for Teller Transactions

We are excited to announce that we will be opening our Branch Lobbies for transactions at the teller line beginning July 6th.

Masks will be required for visitors and staff in the branch. We may ask you to temporarily remove your face mask for security and identification purposes.

If you’re uncomfortable wearing a mask, please continue to conduct teller transactions through our Drive-Up locations or our online channels. To see how you can manage your finances with us on your time, and from wherever you may be, please visit necu.org/alltheways.

Scheduled Appointments with Member Services Representatives

You will continue to schedule an appointment for services for which you would normally visit with a Member Services Representative. These appointments can be done in-person at a branch or over the phone, at a time convenient to you.

What To Expect Once You’ve Scheduled Your Appointment

point.pngYou will receive an email and/or text confirmation with the date and time of your appointment along with a link to important information regarding COVID-19 requirements for in-person appointments.

point.pngThe day before your appointment you will receive a reminder call from a Northeast Credit Union Member Services Representative. They will inform you of any documents you will need for your appointment, as well as address any questions you may have.

The Day of Your Appointment

point.pngPlease wear a mask or face-covering. We are asking that all members entering our offices cover their nose and mouth. You can do this with a scarf, a homemade cloth mask, or your own surgical mask. If you prefer not to, or can’t wear a face covering, we are happy to set up a time to speak over the phone, or assist you through one of our Drive-Up locations.

point.pngPlease reschedule if you’re not feeling well. If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, we’ll gladly reschedule to a time when you’re feeling better; symptoms may include:

point.pngShortness of breath

point.pngDifficulty breathing

point.pngRecent loss of taste and/or smell

point.pngPlease be on time. We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. This will allow us to have ample time to handle your financial needs.

point.pngWe’ll greet you at the entrance. The doors will be locked - a Northeast Credit Union employee will meet you at the entrance and escort you in. We will ask you a few health screening questions to make certain it's safe for you to keep your in-person appointment.

point.pngSmile for the camera! As part of our security protocol, our staff will ask you to briefly remove your mask and smile for our security camera.

Things may look a little different.

All branches have been equipped with social distancing measures for your added safety. For sanitary purposes, coffee and water stations, as well as public restrooms will remain unavailable during this time, please plan accordingly.
