Fraud MonitoringAround the clock fraud monitoring.Northeast Credit Union services all of our credit card accounts locally. We are committed to keeping our members' best interest and security at the forefront of what we do. As part of our credit card services, we utilize Falcon and FiServ fraud monitoring companies. Each monitors credit card usage 24/7 to help detect any suspicious card activity. In the event there is suspicious activity, the member is contacted about the legitimacy of any questionable activity. You can help us strengthen our fraud monitoring procedures by keeping your contact information up-to-date. You can verify or edit your contact information by logging onto online banking to view your "Account Snapshot". If you need to make changes, select "Edit Contact Information". Or, you can call a Member Service Representative at 888-436-1847 to make the changes on your behalf. |
